Hello,

It is my duty to announce nth beta of 2.11 series, 2.11.0b21. This is,
being rc3, again planned as the last beta, especially I've fixed a bug
(introduced in a6) causing abort()s with debugging malloc.

If noone reports a bug within a week, this will get reannounced
as 2.11.0. Please test as much as you can, although there is no
need for upgrade if you are not using P-lines 'S' flag.

Please read RELEASE_NOTES as well as revised INSTALL file.
