Hello,

It is my pleasure to announce fifth public version of 2.11 beta serie,
2.11.0b15 which might be considered 2.11.0rc3.

If you want to try, it should be fairly safe to be installed on a production
servers. This release fixes more bugs (including this strange logging to
clients instead of logfiles and sometimes suboptimal AC), changes format
of kills in syslog (to match the format on &KILLS) and allows (define) MOTD
requested by unregistered clients.

The sources can be found at usual place:

Please read RELEASE_NOTES as well as revised INSTALL file.

You MUST upgrade if you are already running any 2.11 version.
