Hello,

It is my pleasure to announce third public version of 2.11 beta serie,
2.11.0b13 and, in my opinion, first release candidate for 2.11.0.

If you want to try, it should be fairly safe to be installed on a production
servers. This release has some bugfixes and also introduces new features, to
start with mod_webproxy for iauth, settable port for socks and webproxy, and
new "delayed" keyword (which allows to let the client in, do mod_ checks and
perhaps remove client later). Read ChangeLog for details.

The sources can be found at usual place:
        ftp://ftp.irc.org/irc/server/BETA/irc2.11.0b13.tgz

Please read RELEASE_NOTES as well as revised INSTALL file, there may be some
config changes needed, and there is one change required for iauth.conf file.
If you are upgrading, you should also check config.h.dist for new defines.

Warning: file names and layout changed! Make sure you read RELEASE_NOTES and
recompile whole server.

Please upgrade if you are already running 2.11 serie - I will not accept bug
submissions for older versions.

All b13 bugs shall be reported to ircd-bugs@xxxxxxx

I got rid of all warnings! Or so I hope. Try various defines and compilers.
