Hello,

It is my pleasure to announce second public version of 2.11 beta serie,
2.11.0b12. While we worked hard to ensure it works stable and with
no problems, this is BETA stage software. If you want to try, it should
be fairly safe to be installed on production servers. This release is
bugfix only, it introduces no new features since b11.

The sources can be found at usual place:
        ftp://ftp.irc.org/irc/server/BETA/irc2.11.0b12.tgz

Please read RELEASE_NOTES as well as revised INSTALL file, there
may be some config changes needed. If you are upgrading, you should
also check config.h.dist for new defines.

Please upgrade if you are already running 2.11 serie.

All bugs shall be reported to ircd-bugs@xxxxxxx
