Hello,

It is my pleasure to announce tenth public version of 2.11 serie,
2.11.0a10. While we worked hard to ensure it works stable and with
no problems, this is ALPHA stage software (though more and more it
resembles BETA). You should not install it on production servers.

The sources can be found at usual place:
        ftp://ftp.irc.org/irc/server/BETA/irc2.11.0a10.tgz

Please read RELEASE_NOTES as well as revised INSTALL file, there
may be some config changes needed. New things include &CLIENTS channel
(highly configurable), X-lines, new flags for O: and I:, UNICK (with
client IP) sent to services (which are able to TKLINE), reversed D-line,
no RPL_TRYAGAIN for opers and numerous fixes. Note that format of
&CLIENTS and X-lines is *different* than one available in patches.

Please upgrade if you are already running 2.11 serie.
