Hello,

It is my pleasure to announce ninth public version of 2.11 serie,
2.11.0a9. While we worked hard to ensure it works stable and with
no problems, this is ALPHA stage software (though more and more it
resembles BETA). You should not install it on production servers.

The sources can be found at usual place:
	ftp://ftp.irc.org/irc/server/BETA/irc2.11.0a9.tgz

Please read RELEASE_NOTES as well as revised INSTALL file, there
are some config changes needed. Notably, I reverted o/O back not
to confuse those, who are not using 2.11 yet (and confuse those
who are, but hey, that's alpha). Nice new things include TKLINE,
O:line flags with privileges, &WALLOPS channel (+w is obsolete
and users will finally stop asking!) and numerous fixes. Please
upgrade if you already are running 2.11 serie.
