ircd-users and ircd-dev non-member submissions are all redirected to
moderators now; please post from your subscribed email addresses, or
be prepared for delays. :)

This, of course, is to remove spam from the list.

While at it, I remind you that members of ircd-dev list automatically
get mails from ircd-users list, so there is no need for subscribing
to both.
