I think V: lines are effective if more admins used them.
To David Rientjes:
Admins who would hack that just cause they are lazy to upgrade to version needed shouldn't
be trusted, infact should be removed. Good example would be that (2.9.x -> 2.10) upgrade, but
seems that all upgraded fine now.
