Hello after a short time,

I'm glad to present you first beta release of ircd 2.11.2 serie.

Have a look at least at RELEASE_NOTES file, we have not changed much
since last alpha: a) new commands: ETRACE and SIDTRACE, which were in
use for some time already in a form of a patch on other servers and 
b) one more field for X-line allowing scope of each can be limited to
given host or ip mask.

Albeit small, there are interesting changes for users: MAXBANS was increased 
to 64 and TOPICLEN to 255. There's now SID visible in WHO output (for easy
abuse reporting and maybe some nice per channel stats/graphs). We also addressed 
one problem that could not be solved otherwise, namely people matching +R now can
join opless channels overriding channel limit (and only channel limit and only when
channel is opless, so keep your +eI's in sync).

We've tested it for some time and it might be ready for production server.
If you use it (which we encourage!), you still must be prepared for requests 
to upgrade immediately should we find any critical bugs.

Note that since this is beta, only changes now would be fixes.
