2.11.2a2

Hello after a very short time,

I'm glad to present you second alpha release of ircd 2.11.2 serie.

This release incorporates CIDR limits, which were tested for a long time
on some IRCnet servers. This should make IPv6 admins happy, as their
config files will be able to shorten significantly and still have proper
limits in place.

While we've tested it quite carefully, it might not be yet ready for
production server, and if you choose to use it anyway (which we encourage!),
you must be prepared for requests to upgrade immediately should we find
any critical bugs.

Source can be found at a different than usual place (at least for a while):

  http://ftp.irc.org/ftp/irc/server/BETA/irc2.11.2a2.tgz

Happy testing!
