how to detect splitmode ? if the net splits to two same-size parts, do you
want to forbid channels creating on both sides ?

if we'd have really good algorithm to detect split mode we wouldn't need
!channels... one of those thing is superflous, and detecting split-mode is
MUCH harder then !channels.
