s/split/was not ever connected.

I know, for a split its hard. But !channel have a large CD (60 minutes?)
which should be fine for splits (right now). But I think its easy
detectable if a server wasn't already connected to the net *once*
by server connection counters and channel counters (which would be needed
to detect end of first connect). This stuff is still better than the
risk of so much duplicates (imho).
