Well the only way to punish abusers would perhaps be database of klines that is
glines. And also much of the dos today is smurf, still we provide the way for
normal user to see sendq/recq. We provide the ability to chat, so why do chatters
need to know sendq/recq of server ? Or anything that does perhaps concern only admins
of servers ? This is question actually not meant for you Mario but for ircd-dev people.
