ircd already does matching on /who; matching /list and /names would be good
idead too; of course, server performance must not be decreased.
and also, service which would do /list, /names, /who would increase
server-server traffic if it would be available on remote servers only.
so, either use list service on all servers, or add list matching
(or at least allow minusers to it)
