Send a mail to majordomo@xxxxxxx with "subscribe ircd-users" in
the body. Or "subscribe ircd-dev" - for the developement mailinglist
which also gets ircd-users emails.

Note that this mailinglist deals with IRCNet ircd.
Not hybrid, hybserv and such topics.
