hybserv problem

Hi all,
I'm not suscribed to the list, but would like to, what email should i send a 
request to?

my problem is that i installed ircd-hybrid and hybserv and now i'm trying to 
configure everything and i keep getting this error in the hybserv.log

and i'm not sure what to do, i've set my Virtual Host in my hybserv.conf to 
just about every IP that exists on my network but nothing seems to work, when 
i fill in 127.0.0.1 i get an error saying "bogus address" or something along 
those lines. Can you guys help me?
