ircservices-4.5.35 doesn't work

Hello:
I've got ircd2.10.3 and I've tried to install
ircservices-4.5.35 but it doesn't run, the following
error is reported:
[Dec 24 10:57:40.108386 2001] FATAL: Remote server returned: ERROR :Server
version is too old.
Why ?
Does anyone know another "service" that works for ircd ?
If I upgrade to 2.10.3p3 the problem with "ircservices" will be solved ?
