Hi !!!
Firstly, special thanks to Thomas Kuiper for your help.
I've just started my irc server but now I want to add it to some public
lists of irc servers, in order to gain users. The topic of my channels is
refered to "persons with disabilities", because I'm implementing an
government site from Argentina with various services to this special people.
