Kind its true what kalt said but gac will only work really well when
98% atleast are running it. But in my opinion gac is nice, I run it on
two servers without problems. On open servers anything can happen.
I consider smurfs to be bigger problem then anything else. But Kalt said
'selfish', isn't that the ircnet politics for past few years ?
