why not prevent user to leave channel for about 2-5 minutes after
setting +q/+g on him/her ? or just give it "nick or channel's temp
unuvailable" like he/she's got into netsplit ?

the same +q flag I've had a talk on the beginning of this year, mailing
here about it.
