Hi!

I've a question

What the hell is SERVICE (in ircd) for?

I was looking in the sources and find it out. Can i run a sort of bot
(like the X in the Undernet) linked from here?
I an administrator of a server in the PT-NET (portuguese Irc net) and we
are interested in making the registry of channels and nicks. Is ther an
easy way of doing this?
