after yesterdays ircnet#opers discussion, some of us think thet this
behaviour should be default.
If anyone wants to use OR, (s)he should use two different i:-lines.
also, the OR behaviour can be in some cases confusing and non-intuitive.
so I vote for AND as default, no flag is needed.
