so one more questions!!!

there are some fields in ircd.conf who does not
work!!!!(there are some who works!!!):

i have defined NO fields I but the clients connect to
my server ....but that is not permitted!!!
(see the propriety of I lines)

the option in connection -k password does not work!!
./irc .......-k passwd 
also   ./irc.................-c #my_channel

how to register on my server (the equivalent to
(pass,user,nick))????
see that /pass .... dont work on the client 
(they can pick my nickname!!!!)----->i'm in a
danger!!!!  :))))))
