your client is missing

hi

i have manipulated ur client irc

*there are many commands missing...
pass, mode (for users), and many!!!

so how can i obtain the commands missing?

*the only way to be connected on the server is 
./irc nickname hostname !!!!
is there any other way to connect ?
(because does not offer u to make the PASS and the
USER commands)as in the RFC!!!

can i make a program to make  one user write on the
dialog box of client. 
how???
