Talking about flogging a dead horse.  It's almost unrecognizable.

Merely put a disclaimer on the MOTD of the server saying that you can do
whatever you want and by remaining connected they agree to the terms.  It's
exceptionally simple.

As for coding it in to the daemon, it should be relatively easy.  I did this
to dreamforge just before DALnet switched to Bahamut--it was done with a
usermode.  It wasn't that difficult.  Granted, that was several years ago
but it's not like the various daemons have made leaps and bounds in
development.

Now, would it be possible for this mailing list to go back to normal?  I
don't need any three ring circus sideshow of freaks filling my mailbox with
hogwash.  I used to get enough of that from the DALnet mailing lists to
which I unsubscribed from a month ago.
