connection to a server depending on the source IP

hi everyone,

Does someone knows if there is a patch, or knows how to do it,
that ircd redirects to some other ircd in the network depending on
the source IP address. Also, if it will be a standalone ircd who
will have in the ircd.conf list of the irc servers that it will
redirect depending on the source IP, something like B like, but
that will redirect, not just inform which irc server you should use
