Compiling ircd2.10.3p1 with Cygwin

Hi to All! :)

- First i have to say that I KNOW there were some discussions regarding
this problem, but I hope someone on List soved that...

The problem is:

Please notice it's (the newest) Cygwin environment. I tried to build it on
classic Pentium processor on 200 MHz, under Windows 98.

If someone solved this problem I will apriciate very much if he/she send me
diff file...
