Hi

1.) Don't use such server names. There should be at least one dot.
Instead of Dale and Andy you could do irc.dale and irc.andy or something
Else there are problems.

2.) C/N lines are incorrect. One server should connect to the other.
So one server should have 0 instead of 6667 there in C line 
(or just nothing - empy field)
There is an example.conf. That's the documentation you should use.

And BTW: correct email address is ircd-users@xxxxxxx and not
ircd-users@xxxxxxxxxxxx
