Since funet and bt.net reported crashes, release was abstained.
Although Q and me suspect problem with funet and bt.net hardware
and or operating system, not ircd itself, I won't release ircd
unless admins of these boxes confirm it, or give us cores good
enough to fix ircd. :-)
