first, you must force hostname to be hidden before you connect IRC,
otherwise all older servers will still show you the right one; that can't be
changed by usermode.

-> Only Opers can see User realhosts from Clients , and not the abusers.
-> Solution: No /dns Nick =>  No Smurfattacks in Channels => No Takeovers
-> => only Server will be attacked , but
-> this is useless because Ops are on different Servers.

in that case you have to hide the servername too; otherwise lamers start
smurf servers again instead of users... so either swhole net will run it ,
or you can forget that.
