Though, I would dare guess Vesa's intention was it would only be
possible for the channel creator (O). Prevention of '-a' sounded
like  a good addition  at first, but I'm  beginning to  think it
is  against the  principle of  letting a channel  have  complete
control over itself with no outside intervention.

BTW, I seem to have a habit of stealing ops on one !channel from
time to time,  because the other side  of the channel  (ops) are
split for a period of time.

By the time they come back, I will already have received ops via
(+r) and could blatantly deop them with my army of bots (the one
that I use to raise my user-counts).
