Hi Zudden,

talk to Beeth on IRCNet about this. We also have
a s_id.c in cvs with a more random algorithm for choosing and
unique id for a nick prefix (it also contains a serverID, but its
3 bytes). He will probably reply your mail and show you how it
is currently in cvs. I also think someone shouldn't be able to
change his nick to an UID, but thats another thing.
