you don't make clear really what the patch does really. Its called
anti collide but: still does kill the remote, saves your local user
(which is an advantage only to your server which should never happen
on a net). And you also like to tell me that you don't have to propagate
the nickchange and rejoins of a user? Specially when you kick the user
or bot even local, he will mostly rejoin automatic. That makes even
more traffic.
