I would appreciate an English translation of the phrase you just used.

So, you are saying 'smurf and other TCP/IP attacks' don't exist now? Or
that they do not pose any actual problem?

Does that mean you will be the one to mail _and call_ our customers the
'We are sorry' notifications from now on - every time one of our users
gets smurfed, which usually results in a whole pipe _or_ more than one
of them going down affecting our connectivity severely.

I appreciate your friendliness and near-to-the-real-worldliness with
this matter.
