There is also the ConferenceRoom alternative (http://www.webmaster.com/)
but I do not know how good it is and I do not know anyone who is using
it.
But since it sounds more like you want some point and click applikation
and apparently have a budget to waste, then this might be the alternative.
The users are the ones deciding if they like it or not.
