I am please to announce the availability of the latest beta
version of the IRC Software.
ftp://ftp.irc.org/irc/server/BETA/irc2.10.3b14.tgz
This version brings no new feature since 2.10.2p1 for the IRC
server, but many improvements to iauth (and in particular, a
better anti-SOCKS module).
However, there are __numerous__ bugfixes.
This beta release is actually a candidate release, and is
being announced on ircd-users@xxxxxxx in the hope that more
people will test it.
