Hi,
   I want to run an IRCD on Linux. The server will be access from our
site using a java applet that serves as an irc client, but I have a few
basic questions:

     1) How do I create predefined rooms?
     2) How do I relay with other IRC servers. Is it simple?
     3) Instead of running a server is there a way I can just run a
relay to a larger server?
     4) I want to make the server available to clients running on
networks that have a firewall, could I possibly run IRCD on port 80
let's say.
