Duh. What about the PART message. RFC says, it takes only channel name(s)
as parameters. IRCnet ircd allows to specify another parameter as
"reason". Why not enhance PING/PONG in a simmilar way?
i send: PING server1 server2 :text
server sends PONG node1 node2 :text

of course, the "text" would be optional.
