For each hack there is a counterhack.

/mode #channel +b *!*@*.org
/mode #channel +e *!*@*.org

Give the poor people on IRC a break. If you are concerned about netjoin
burst then remove this feature all along. If you disagree with how they
manage these new features just stay off their channels.
