Congratulations Chris!
<cynism> You finally put in words what most of us have been thinking about
for a long time ago, or maybe not so long time ago, but definitely short
enough time not to post it on this list. But still the thing is we stand
right _behind_ you and we certainly will not let others do something
nasty.</cynism>

<question>
Both modes are of course really useful and i bet we all will use it quite
a lot in our every-week chatting on irc, but how do they behave when a
split (not that i would see some lately, but still, let's leave it open)
occurs and one side has +I for certain host and other side has that host
banned? I apologize if this has been discussed over before, it just came
to my exhausted mind.
</question>
One simple thought tho. It would be nice, if +I/+e could NOT be altered
within few seconds/minutes after the netmerge occured, just to prevent
more help such modes could give to accidental takeovers (we all know those
are purely accidental, right?).
