"No O-Lines for your host"

I keep getting this message when I do /oper <nick> <pass>.  My config
includes the following:

	i:::*.mydomain.com:6667:1
	I:::me@*.mydomain.com:6667:1
	I:::other@*.mydomain.com:6667:1

	O:me@*.mydoman.com:MyPass:myNick::1
	O:other@*.mydomain.com:otherpass:other:1

And I am connecting from the same machine ircd is running on.  Any idea
why I can't get op status?
