I'm sure, that invite overriding +b is a bad idea.

Unlike modes, invites are not seen on the channel, so noone on the channel
ever knows, how did it happen that the banned person joined the channel -
from split, from desync or from invite.

If you want to override +b - make a mode +e (or call it whatever you like) -
an exception from banlist.

Anway I don't understand the reason why would someone want a banned person
to override ban ?

Overriding +l and +k is a good idea.
