What is the exact syntax of this extended JOIN message? I am not too familiar with the ircd source, but looking at channel.c/m_join() it seems to me that under some conditions (&channels etc.) it could possibly send ^Go twice, ie. it could get it from both 'names' (through 's') and 'chop'.
