connectting two ircd server

Hello,

I'm new to ircd-users and am trying to connect 2 irc server
together. Aparently nothing worked and failed to identify the reason
why. I've fiddled the ircd.conf file and made changes like this:

Y:20:90:50:3:100000

I:202.184.12.133::ircserv-1::20

C:ircserv-2:::6667:20
N:ircserv-2::::20


I've ran the connect statement and it says:

*** Connect: Host ircserv-2 not listed in irc.conf
