2.9.4 beta

The version 2.9.4 of the irc software is now in beta phase.
It is available from http://www.stealth.net/~kalt/irc/src/irc2.9.4b7.tgz

There is no major new feature.

Services capabilities have been slightly enhanced, and
the configuration is a little bit different.  (See ChangeLog
for details)

Servers with local service(s) should upgrade.

Notable changes since 2.9.2:

        * The format for B lines has slightly changed.
        * The format for Y lines has changed ([user@]host limits).
        * K lines on IP addresses now match resolving hosts by default.
