Little suggestion to services

Hi,

currently, SERVICE_WANT_{PREFIX,TOKEN,EXTNICK} are considered to be options
which cannot be set alone. But sometimes, one doesn't need more than, for
example, SERVICE_WANT_PREFIX in order to display the n!u@h of everyone who
sends an SQUERY to the service... [and currently, one has to set a real
type + the WANT_PREFIX in order to receive n!u@h]

Thus: Why not make those options 'real' service types which can be set alone?
