/rehash crash on Linux

I am experiencing some problems with ircd 2.9.3 on Linux.  when I
rehash the server segfaults 9 out of 10 times. I haven't been able to
track down the problem, and I haven't really had time to either.  has
anyone else had these problems?

it seems that it crashes while parsing the configuration file.
