The #ip is the only unique identification for VIF.
A hostname could have multiple #ip's.

On hosts with multiple interfaces the ircd by default
binds them all. If you want to limit the number of used
interfaces, it has to be done in P: and M:lines.

PS. The example above has port number missing in the 4th field.
Most probably you should have 6667 there to define the UDP port.
