Suggestion to channel keys

Hi,

when removing a channel key, one currently has to indicate the key string as
parameter to 'MODE #channel -k'. 

I don't see any reason why 'MODE #channel -k' shouldn't suffice. 
Therefore, i suggest to change the current behavior to one which doesn't 
need/check the parameter to 'MODE #channel -k'.

PS I would have attached a little patch if the mode routines in channel.c
   weren't so difficult to understand... :-P
