A Idea for a new version.

Yes. I have though up of a new idea for ircd.. I don't know if it is
possible or not.. It is a new channel mode I'm just gonna name it the "a"
mode.. It would be oppsite to the "b" mode.. This would allow a hostmask
into the channel.. So you could do something like:

MODE <#channel> +b *!*@*.ml.org
                              and then
MODE <#channel> +a *!*@ins.ml.org

It would ban every one from the ml.org domain execpt for the host
ins.ml.org.. Once again this is just an idea.. Please let me know what you
think?
